Since we started remote nails, we've been receiving a lot of clay from customers.
That thing at the dentist that I've never touched before.
Today, we'll be focusing on clay.
The shore hardness of the clay used to create the remote nail tip is 85 for the nail mold and 95 for the nail model. What is the difference? Actually, there isn't much difference! The difference in color? The difference in scent?
Now, let me explain.
First, hardening.
Some people may think that the curing times are different due to the difference between the work of making a nail mold and a nail model, but the curing times are the same.
After mixing the two colors, both start hardening in 30 seconds and harden in 80 seconds. It takes 6 to 7 minutes for it to harden completely. You should do the sanding after that.
The hardness of the clay after hardening cannot be determined by appearance, but a clear difference was observed in cutting experiments.
The nail model is harder because it needs to hold its shape even when filed with a machine, and it needs to be durable enough to withstand repeated applications of gel.
Another feature of remote tips is that once you have taken a mold, you can make a variety of art tips from one model. A single customer can order many different art tips for different seasons or tips of different lengths depending on the purpose. One kit can be used to create more than 10 sets, so be sure to take a good model.
Please take a look at this video, which is about 4 minutes long and covers everything from kneading the nail model to inserting the stick.
Please be sure to observe the following points when purchasing clay.
As explained on the product page, please read the precautions carefully before use. Latex gloves, table mats, and high temperatures of the hands are also said to cause the product to harden faster. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly before handling the product!
